Claire Munley is currently pursuing her Masters of Art Education, and holds a BFA in Art Education/2D Studies from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, with a minor in Art History. She is currently a FTE at Uxbridge High School in Uxbridge, MA. She has had the pleasure of teaching students at Nativity Prep of New Bedford, as well as at NBAM/Artworks! and was also the coordinator for the summer artMOBILE program that brings art programming to children and teens in the New Bedford area. In 2015, Claire was a presenter at the National Art Education Association Conference (NAEA), held in New Orleans, LA. Claire is also a practicing visual artist, focusing most recently on the concept of “Identity as an Artist-Teacher, Teacher as Artist” in 2D studies of digital photography, and alternative process printmaking.
